準拠法条項（Governing Law）
This Agreement shall governed by and construed in accordance with tha laws of Japan
訳：本契約は、日本法により準拠し、解釈されるものとする。
この条項は、当事者の任意による合意で準拠法を取り決めるものです。国際契約においては、締結する法人のそれぞれの自国法、選択された準拠法が当事者が存在する法律とは異なる場合、その選択された法律においてこの合意が有効であるのか確認しておく必要があります。
抵触法及びウィーン動産売買条約を排除した規定
This License will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan,excluding its conflict of law principles.
This License shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contract for the International Sale of Goods,the application of which is expressly excluded.
Tf for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof,to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect.
訳：本ライセンスは、日本法に準拠し解釈される。ただし、抵触法の規定を除くものとする。本ライセンスは、ウィーン動産売買条約に準拠しないものとし、当該条約の適用は明示的に排除される。もし、何らかの理由によって管轄を有する裁判所が、ある規定もしくはその一部を執行不能と判断した場合、本ライセンスの残る部分が完全な効力と効果を持ち続ける。
